Cuttack:27/8/21:Eminent writer one of the best-known Novelists Dr. Pratibha Ray would receive the prestigious Utkal Ratna Samman this year. Dr. Pratibha Ray would be conferred with the award, instituted by Utkal Sahitya Samaj (USS), on the occasion of its Annual convocation of 2021 in Cuttack. The award carries a silver trophy, copper plaque, and a shawl.
